Agreement
By downloading or using Vesica Studio ("the app"), you agree to these terms. The app is distributed through the Apple App Store and your use is also governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Vesica Studio on Apple devices that you own or control. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the app except where permitted by law.
Your artwork
Everything you create in Vesica Studio belongs to you. We claim no rights to your drawings, patterns, stencils, or timelapses, and you may use them commercially or otherwise without restriction.
Vesica Pro subscriptions
Vesica Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple ID at $6.99/month or $69.99/year. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it anytime in your App Store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under their standard policies.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose or to attempt to disrupt or compromise the app or its distribution channels.
Disclaimer & liability
Vesica Studio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of artwork — please back up work you care about.
Changes
We may update these terms as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the revised terms.
